Fruity Banana Smoothie

Banana smoothies make an excellent breakfast, mid-day snack, or a great late night treat to help you sleep. Bananas are packed with potassium, a mineral electrolyte, which makes them an excellent before and after snack for athletes. They are high in fiber which can keep you regular.  Since bananas blend so well with other flavors, it's easy to create a smoothie to satisfy your particular taste.

1 cup frozen wild blueberries, strawberries or cherries
2 bananas
water as needed
Blend and enjoy!
