I eat enough bananas to make a dietitian cringe. I love them. They’re portable, you can find them anywhere and they come already packaged. I often eat 6 or more a day. Beyond their nutritional benefits, how can you resist a fruit that smiles at you!
Bananas don't get the respect they deserve. They are a powerhouse of vitamins and minerals. Don't confuse the sugars in a banana with cane sugar. They are very different. Bananas are a nutritional and healing fruit, containing mostly water, which makes them an excellent electrolyte fruit. They also contain vitamins C, B6 and minerals like potassium, copper and manganese. I bring bananas with me everywhere I go. Not too green, not too brown, eat bananas when they are yellow wth brown speckles. Be happy. Go bananas!
