Mango Smoothie
I drink smoothies for breakfast all year long. Mango smoothies are like drinking sunshine. Besides their amazing tropical flavor, mangos are full of nutrients like vitamin A, C, magnesium and rich in beta carotene. On a cold day, a smoothie may not be your first thought, but I promise you this combination will make you feel like summer.
INGREDIENTS
2 cups frozen Mango
1/2 c water
2 oranges or 1 cup of orange juice
1 small banana
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high 2-3 minutes until smooth. Pour into glass, drink and dream about a summer day.
